Microsoft have made the decision to unify Dynamics 365 Marketing & Customer Insights which will be purchased as a single license to simplify licensing & support usage as organisations grow.

Whilst Dynamics 365 Customer Insights hasn't undergone a name change, this new package will combine both the 'Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys' (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) and 'Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data' (formerly the standalone Dynamics 365 Customer Insights).

Power Automate.

Microsoft have removed the following licenses: ‘Per User’ & ‘Per Flow’ along with the ‘Per user with attended RPA plan’ & ‘Unattended RPA add-on.’

Microsoft have now introduced ‘Premium’ & ‘Process’ licenses along with the ‘Process Mining add-on’ and keeping the ‘Hosted RPA add-on.’

‘Power Automate Premium’ has essentially replaced the ‘Per User Plan with attended RPA’ but also comes with entitlements for Process mining (instead of taking the old price tag of the ‘per user with attended RPA,’ it has been priced on the cheaper old ‘per user’ plan).

‘Power Automate Process’ is a single bot license where you will be able to license a single flow OR one unattended RPA for unlimited users within the organisation.

This replaces the ‘Per Flow’ license and the ‘unattended RPA add-on’ that you used to have to purchase on top of the per flow license.

The ‘Per Flow’ plan did have a minimum order quantity of 5 licenses. (This no longer exists for the ‘Process license’).

‘Power Automate Process Mining add-on’ is licensed per tenant. This is an add-on license for users with Premium that require the extra capacity for process mining. (Each Premium per user license gets 50mb of Process Mining included).
