REMINDER: Update to Dynamics 365 commercial pricing effective on 1st October 2024.
Building on recent product innovation, Microsoft announced update to commercial pricing for certain Dynamics 365 SKUs, the first substantive update since October 2019. This change will go into effect on 1st October 2024.

[3] Pricing per user per month will increase by $15 in all tiers in Microsoft Relationship Sales.

Prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises solutions will increase at the same rate as cloud pricing, respectively for on-premises Customer Engagement and Operations products.
REMINDER: Changes to Power BI Premium Capacity licensing.
Microsoft have announced the retirement date of Power BI Premium Capacity SKU’s (P1-P5).
To allow for easier transition, Microsoft have allowed P SKU users to access all of the Fabric suite capabilities.
*New Customers will not be able to purchase Power BI Premium Capacity past July 1st 2024.
*After January 1st 2025, existing Power BI Premium Capacity customers will need to transition to the Fabric SKU’s upon renewal.

Important update to the new commerce Public Sector migration timeline.
There's an update to the new commerce migration timeline for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Government Community Cloud (GCC), education, and nonprofit legacy offers.
Beginning 1st August 2024, new subscription purchases for available Public Sector product SKUs must be on new commerce.
Microsoft-led migration effort will now begin with Public Sector offers renewing no earlier than September 1, 2024, and will continue with all offers renewing throughout calendar years 2024 and 2025.
Microsoft Azure Reservation Changes.
Microsoft have announced that the previously announced end of Azure Compute Reservation exchanges has been postponed.
“You may continue exchanging your compute reservations for different instance series and regions until we notify you again, which will be at least 6 months in advance. In addition, any compute reservations purchased during this extended grace period will retain the right to one more exchange after the grace period ends.”
