    Objective

    You will learn how to use the Prosci (R) methodology and the ADKAR (R) model on active projects. Equipped with the most important tools of change management, you can accelerate future change and change management processes.

    Comment

    The workshop is carried out by certified partners e.g. tiba. There are tests at the end of the first and second day to test the knowledge gained. These take 15 minutes each. After completing the seminar you will receive a certification to become a Prosci (R) Certified Change Practitioner.
