As an IT Administrator, you are responsible for our customers’ IT structures. You have a holistic overview of your customers’ system landscape and if there are any issues or service requests, you are the 1st or 2nd level support contact, analysing and resolving faults. You proactively monitor the customers’ IT environment, adapting system configurations based on change requests and generating documentation.

As a problem solver, you are always in the thick of the action—be that on-site or remotely. You advise on the purchase of suitable hardware, get stuck in during roll-outs and instruct users on their new devices.
