Our client wanted to digitize and centralize technical modification requests for their machines to simplify and speed up the process. In response, our experts implemented an automated validation workflow between departments, ensuring complete traceability of the process. This allows each step to be tracked precisely. To improve interdepartmental collaboration, we developed tools that streamline communication and optimize coordination. Finally, we designed an intuitive interface suitable for all internal users to ensure quick and efficient adoption.
The solution.
To meet our client’s needs, our experts designed a customized solution based on Microsoft Power Platform technologies (PowerApps and Power Automate) and SharePoint Online, already used by Posalux. An in-depth study of the requirements identified the roles, validation steps, and technical constraints, and then modeled the end-to-end process. The solution includes functional and technical analysis, data modeling and the creation of SharePoint lists, the development of the PowerApps form with user role management, the configuration of Power Automate flows for sequential validation, as well as testing and post-delivery adjustments to ensure the quality and efficiency of the solution. Project management was carried out both from Bechtle’s offices and on-site at Posalux, ensuring close collaboration and successful implementation of the solution.
