  • Promotional period and Participation
    • The promotion is valid from 23 June 2025 to 04 July 2025.
    • Customers that place an order during this period are eligible to participate.
  • Prize and Conditions
    • We’ll be giving away 10 fruit boxes worth CHF 30 every business day during the promotional period. The winners are chosen from those who place online orders.
    • Each customer is only eligible to take part in this promotion once.
    • The order must have a minimum value of CHF 1,500 excl. VAT.
  • Selecting Winners, Notification, and Consent
    • Winners are chosen at random from all eligible orders placed on that day.
    • Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of placing their order.
    • Please give us your consent for forwarding your data on to Earlybird (who will be delivering the fruit boxes) by filling out the form.
  • Privacy Policy
    • The data forwarded will be deleted by Earlybird immediately after sending out the prize.
    • After this, your data will not be used or saved in any form or for any other purpose.
  • Additional Provisions
    • The prize cannot be paid out in cash or traded for another service.
    • There is no right of appeal.
