What are your personal highlights from your time at Bechtle?
After working as Managing Director of the Bechtle IT system houses in Friedrichshafen and Constance, it was a very exciting task to integrate an acquired company into the Bechtle Group in Augsburg.
In your opinion, what arguments make Bechtle Augsburg an attractive partner for your customers?
We attach great importance to close customer relations and cooperation based on partnership. Our highly qualified and certified employees, who cover a very broad spectrum of IT topics, play the most important role in this. We are particularly attracted by the high availability of consultants and system engineers, which we can guarantee through close cooperation in the Bechtle Group, especially in the Southern Cluster. At the same time, Bechtle's decentralised structure enables quick and unbureaucratic decisions to be made on site. This is unique in our industry.
What trends do you notice among your customers?
At the moment we often deal with HDX-3D solutions. In addition, our customers are very interested in security aspects such as the secure handling of certificates and TSL encryption. Infrastructure topics such as Hyper Converged Systems are also in great demand.
