The challenge.
The Orllati Group wanted to modernise and simplify the use of all its conference rooms. There are three meeting rooms in the group, each of which has a different size and purpose. For the largest room, the idea was to update the audiovisual resources available, replacing the old webcam with a professional system. In the two secondary rooms, both new, it was necessary to equip them with versatile and mobile systems comprising a screen and a trolley complemented by an AiO video conferencing system and a Barco Clickshare Conference connection system allowing wireless sharing of the host’s laptop applications on the room’s screen while connecting it with the camera and the presentation audio system.
The solution.
The Orllati Group called on ARP’s services and expertise (ed. became Bechtle direct on 01.01.22) to attend to its problems and expectations. Indeed, our customer wanted to benefit from a professional video conferencing system, with impeccable image and sound quality, and above all compatible with all modern communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex.
On the other hand, for its main room, which was already semi-equipped, the emphasis was to be on the quality of the sound recording.
After an in-depth analysis on site, Bechtle direct’s teams were able to precisely define the hardware requirements to equip the Orllati Group’s three conference rooms.
This was followed by a phase of preparing the hardware, carrying out the initial configuration, updating the various firmwares and then completing the test phase.
Our teams were then able to plan the installation, which was left to our partner Bula. Although the physical installation was subcontracted, our teams supervised the entire project.
When you think of Bechtle direct, you don’t necessarily think “service” or “technological support”, you think of shops and e-commerce. However, it was these skills that enabled us to successfully complete this project, and we strongly recommend using Bechtle direct for this type of job.

Benefits.
“Communicating with the outside world and keeping in touch with customers, partners and employees is essential but not always easy. We now have a modern and easy-to-use video conferencing system that simplifies our daily lives,” says Olivier Pouly.
With Logitech’s Rally Bar, the Orllati Group benefits from all-in-one solutions with optimal audio quality, ease of use, simple ergonomics, just a screen and camera, and mobility as it’s installed on carts in each of the conference rooms. Barco’s systems are even easier to use—a USB connection and a simple click of a button allow you to share screens and information wirelessly.
Moreover, the system is accessible to all visitors and staff, whatever their device and technology, with a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solution for open use of all conference systems (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Olivier Pouly summarises his impressions of the collaboration with Bechtle direct and the implementation and follow-up of this project thus, “The Bechtle direct teams have shown great professionalism, meeting the deadlines and showing a real understanding of our needs and the location. The installation is very tidy, and has in no way detracted from the appearance of our meeting rooms. The recommendation of a third-party installation partner was very transparent. We were impressed by Bechtle direct’s teams, on the one hand because they remained present despite outsourcing to their partner, but above all by their understanding of our needs and expectations, their responsiveness and their commercial and technical support. They were dynamic, punctual and responsive.”
