At a glance.

Our trainee programme is aimed at graduates and career changers looking for a new challenge and interested in the IT business. In nine months, you’ll get to know Bechtle’s services and unique qualities, create a wide-reaching network and benefit from opportunities for professional and personal development. You’ll get hands-on with projects and take on responsibility from the get go.
The aim  is to optimally prepare you for a subsequent permanent position at Bechtle.

Process.

At the beginning of your trainee programme, you’ll jump right in at your chosen Bechtle company with either IT, Sales, or Central Services—with your own tasks and (customer) projects. Each trainee has a mentor to closely guide and onboard them.

In your first module, you’ll get to know the programme and meet the other trainees. You’ll then have an initial meeting with your mentor to discuss your personal trajectory and expectations.

In the following four modules, you’ll learn the various services and central areas at Bechtle. Moreover, you’ll be in touch with experts and other trainees from across the Bechtle Group and meet them at special evening events, for example.

For personal and professional development, you can attend seminars and training sessions from the Bechtle Academy. Additional measures such as certifications and project work help to advance strategic goals.

After nine months, you’ll conclude the trainee programme with a meeting with your mentor and a reflection day together with the other trainees. You’ll then be perfectly prepared for your future job, with all-round expert knowledge and a varied network in the Bechtle Group.
