Challenge.
AI can be used to support 25 per cent of administrative tasks. Casimir Kast is an innovative packaging company that is known for seizing new opportunities and when Bechtle rolled out Microsoft 365 at the company, it highlighted Microsoft Copilot. A demonstration showed the potential of the AI-powered assistant.
Microsoft Copilot is supporting our in-house processes, and even though this particular artificial intelligence is still in its infancy, being able to transcribe Teams meetings has given us an insight into the real value Copilot can deliver. Plus, Bechtle’s excellent support allowed the speedy integration of the app.

Solution.
Bechtle supported Casimir Kast to integrate Microsoft Copilot from the pilot phase all the way through to implementation. The partners collaborated on defining a pilot user group, which developed specific use cases to test the extent to which AI could support Casimir Kast. Bechtle held workshops and regular team meetings to train the employees, gave tips on how to get the most out of Microsoft 365-embedded AI capabilities and answered questions in a Teams channel set up specifically for that purpose. What’s more, Bechtle introduced prompt engineering. That’s to say, Casimir Kast’s employees learned how to they could use Microsoft Copilot to their benefit by entering specific text commands, i.e. prompts. The AI-powered assistant is currently being used at Casimir Kast to transcribe Teams meetings to ensure absent staff members are kept up-to-date.
