Jauch Quartz wanted to use existing resources for this. It was therefore only logical to implement low-code development with the cloud-based tools from Microsoft.

Solution.

Bechtle relied on Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Arc and Azure Automation - a combination that automates processes and integrates them seamlessly into the existing IT. The goal: user management that runs smoothly from the first login to offboarding. How does this work? New employees are automatically created in the local Active Directory via the Power Platform, assigned group rights and licences and then synchronised to the cloud using Microsoft Entra Connect. Changes? Department changes, different names or new authorisations are applied directly.

IT doesn't have to do anything else. Azure Arc is the link between on-premises IT and the cloud: local servers are integrated directly into the Microsoft cloud - without VPN, without detours. Automated workflows with Azure Automation Runbooks and Power Automate control everything in the background. IT only sees the result - a functioning, secure onboarding process. But offboarding is also automated: Accounts are deactivated, authorisations withdrawn, users removed from groups. Seamless and traceable. Bechtle spent three days at Jauch Quartz for the implementation, providing training and implementing clear workflows - so that onboarding and offboarding now only takes place at the touch of a button.
