one.O first commissioned Bechtle in 2017 to handle IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) and manage new hardware. In 2025, the contract was extended for another four years. A dedicated team of seven specialists ensures efficient IT management and dependable service on the Otto Campus in Hamburg. At the service desk on the Otto Group Campus, employees can collect devices, return them, or request support—quickly, directly and hassle-free. Bechtle’s team is always on hand, taking care of everything: workstation setup, repairs, imaging, AV equipment and mobile device support. Bechtle also manages the entire hardware catalogue for the Otto Group—from order to delivery. Group companies including Hermes, bonprix and others place their hardware orders centrally from a tailored catalogue and with a dedicated point of contact for coordination. Bechtle handles logistics, stocks equipment, and delivers to over 15 locations across Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Spain. The solution is tailored to each group company, seamlessly integrated into their systems, and increasingly automated through technologies like Microsoft Autopilot—delivering significant added value to the Otto Group.
