The Silent Brick system allows all aspects of modern data protection to be mapped no matter which backup software you choose. Backup to Flash for the highest performance, Backup to Disk for the greatest scalable capacity and highest security and Backup to (Virtual) Tape with a physical air gap.
THE SYSTEM. Controller and Shelf.
Start here. The controller is the Silent Brick system’s control centre to which stationary data modules can be connected. It also has five slots for mobile data containers, which can be expanded by adding shelves with 14 slots each.

Just add your data. Silent Bricks are available stationary or removable models, with SSDs or hard disks, and in individual capacities from 3 to 192 TB gross, and for special purposes, even with hardware WORM sealing.
THE LEAN. Drive.
Slimming down. The Silent Brick Drive provides one or two slots for Silent Bricks or Silent Brick Flash. It is suitable for smaller installations, as a replication target for individual Silent Bricks, or for remote offices that collect data and replicate it to Silent Bricks at headquarters.
