We have conversations with artificial intelligence both in private with voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, and the others, but also in our professional lives. We often don’t even really notice it. Many of our customers use conversational AI bots for their helpdesks, for example. But why is it “intelligent” to process a simple command to set up a printer, for instance?
