CEO Dr Thomas Olemotz’s contract renewed until 31.12.2017
Neckarsulm, 6.2.2013 – The Bechtle AG Supervisory Board has renewed CEO Dr Thomas Olemotz’s contract for another five years, underlining the continuity and stability of the company’s leadership. “The renewed responsibilities conferred upon Dr Olemotz are a sign of Bechtle’s forward-thinking, long-term planning as well as an expression of our appreciation for his excellent service as CEO in the past few years,” states Klaus Winkler, chairman of the Bechtle AG Supervisory Board.
Dr Olemotz has been on the Bechtle AG Executive Board since 2007. At the end of 2008, the 50-year-old took over as CEO after Bechtle co-founder Ralf Klenk left the company. He now leads the company alongside Michael Guschlbauer and Jürgen Schäfer. “I am very happy to receive the Supervisory Board’s vote of confidence and am looking forward to working with my two Executive Board colleagues on further developing our company. Bechtle is armed with a promising future and an ambitious vision—I am proud to be able to contribute my part to continuing our success story,” comments Dr Olemotz.
