Your journey starts here, and you won’t be alone. At Bechtle, your trainee experience begins with MIKADO, our welcome event where you’ll meet others starting out with you. From day one, you’ll be supported by a personal mentor – someone who’s there to guide you, answer your questions and help you grow. Together, you’ll define your goals and tailor the programme to suit your strengths and ambitions, before diving straight in on real tasks and (customer) projects.
You’ll complete four core modules that give you a deep understanding of our business and how we work:
- Logistics & Service
- Public Sector Division
- Portfolio Management
- Managed Services
Each module includes two to three days of expert-led training from our specialist teams.
Each trainee role is built around a specific area of expertise. Depending on your focus, you’ll take part in targeted deep-dive sessions on our Learning Campus – building on the core modules with targeted training. We offer trainee programmes in:
- Sales (B2B)
- Sales (B2G)
- Networks
- Security
- Data Centre & Cloud
- Modern Workplace
- CAD/CAM/PLM
- IoT
You’ll be supported not only by your mentor, but also by our HR development coordinator and you’ll be part of a strong community – exchanging ideas with experts across the group and connecting with your trainee cohort.
After twelve months, it’s time to reflect on your journey and look ahead to what’s coming. In a final conversation with your mentor, you’ll review your progress, celebrate your achievements and set the stage for your next steps. Then it’s time to mark the moment with a graduation event! You’ll leave the programme with in-depth expertise, a strong network and the confidence to thrive in your future role at Bechtle.
