Your journey starts here, and you won’t be alone. At Bechtle, your trainee experience begins with MIKADO, our welcome event where you’ll meet others starting out with you. From day one, you’ll be supported by a personal mentor – someone who’s there to guide you, answer your questions and help you grow. Together, you’ll define your goals and tailor the programme to suit your strengths and ambitions, before diving straight in on real tasks and (customer) projects.

Your foundation

You’ll complete four core modules that give you a deep understanding of our business and how we work:

  • Logistics & Service
  • Public Sector Division
  • Portfolio Management
  • Managed Services

Each module includes two to three days of expert-led training from our specialist teams.

In addition to your day-to-day work, the trainee programme supports you with development opportunities in the areas of methodological and social skills. This allows you to continuously grow professionally, personally and methodologically.

Each trainee role is built around a specific area of expertise. Depending on your focus, you’ll take part in targeted deep-dive sessions on our Learning Campus – building on the core modules with targeted training. We offer trainee programmes in:

What qualifications do I need to join the trainee programme?

You should have a university degree that matches the area in which you would like to complete your trainee programme.

How long is the trainee programme?

Our trainee programmes always run for 12 months. 

When does the programme start?

Our trainee programme begins quarterly – in January, April, July and October.

How many days’ holiday do I get as a trainee?

You’ll have 30 days of annual leave and you can take them when you like, as long as they don’t overlap with your scheduled seminars and training sessions.

What happens after the trainee programme?

The trainee programme supports your entry into a role you actively take on during the programme. After completing it, you seamlessly continue in your role and keep developing your career at Bechtle.

How can I apply?

It’s easy. Simply apply online using our recruiting tool. Applications sent via email or through the post will not be considered. 

What should I include in my application?

We’d love to see your current CV and your most recent reference. A cover letter is entirely optional, but feel free to include one if you like.
