Born in 1962. After completing his studies in business administration, Dr Thomas Olemotz began his career as a research associate at the University of Gießen. Following his doctorate degree, he became the assistant to the board of directors of Westdeutsche Landesbank before serving as head of mergers & acquisitions at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mittelstandsberatung, a consultancy for medium-sized companies. Dr Olemotz then joined Delton AG, where he was responsible for corporate development. He went on to became a member of the board of directors of Microlog Logistics AG, a company within the same group, where he oversaw finance and human resources. He joined Bechtle AG as CFO in March 2007, becoming Spokesman of the Executive Board in January 2009 and Chairman of the Executive Board in June 2010.

After his vocational training as an engineer for office and communications electronics, Michael Guschlbauer held various technical and project management positions before working in sales. In 1994 he joined DeTeSystem (later T-Systems), where he began as a sales representative and later assumed diverse management roles. Prior to joining Bechtle, he held an executive position at T-Systems Business Services, overseeing the Large Enterprises, Sales & Service Management division. In January 2008 Mr Guschlbauer became Executive Vice President of Managed Services at Bechtle. A year later, he was appointed to the Executive Board as the member responsible for the Group’s IT System House & Managed Services segment.

He oversees the Group’s IT E-Commerce segment in 14 European countries. Since joining Bechtle in 1988, Mr Schäfer has held various management positions in purchasing & organisation, system houses, logistics & service and e-commerce. In 1993 he spearheaded the expansion of Bechtle direct through the foundation of the brand’s first subsidiary outside Germany, establishing Bechtle as a leading IT partner in Europe.

Klaus Winkler was born in 1958. After his vocational training as a banker at BW Bank AG, Klaus Winkler completed a business administration degree in Stuttgart. Between 1979 and 1994, he held various positions at BW Bank, eventually serving as Head of Corporate Finance. From 1987 to 1988, Klaus Winkler worked for Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd. in London. He took over the management of BWK GmbH holding company in Stuttgart in 1990. He has been Chairman of the Board of Heller GmbH in Nürtingen since 2003.

Born in 1957. After obtaining a degree in business administration, Axel Feldhoff began his career at IBM Germany in a number of management positions in and outside Germany. He was last responsible for IBM’s medium-sized customers in southern Germany. In 1997 Mr Feldhoff became the managing director of Haitec AG and was appointed to the board of directors after the company began publicly trading in 1999. He joined the board of directors at Magirus AG in 2001, where he oversaw sales in Europe and the Middle East. Mr Feldhoff came to Bechtle AG in October 2010 as Executive Vice President for the Group’s IT system houses in the Western Region.
Born in 1973. Thomas Jensen joined the Bechtle AG senior management team in October 2018 and fills the position of Executive Vice President for IT E-Commerce. The experienced IT manager will come to Bechtle from HP Inc., where he most recently worked as Head of Worldwide Channel Sales Strategy. The 44-year-old was responsible for the strategic direction of the Printing and Personal Systems channel division during the separation of Hewlett Packard into HPE and HP Inc. Before Thomas Jensen took up his job at HP’s headquarters in Palo Alto, California, he worked as Director and General Manager of Printing and Personal Systems for the company in Denmark. Thomas Jensen previously held leadership positions at Vestas Wind Systems and A.P. Moller–Maersk in Denmark. He attained his Master of Science in International Business Administration at the University of Aalborg and also completed the executive board programme at the renowned private university INSEAD in France.

Born in 1956. After completing his vocational training in industrial business management, Elmar König graduated from the University of Saarbrücken with a degree in business administration. In 1984 he became a partner and branch manager of Data Service Computer Vertriebs-GmbH, a computer sales company in Kaiserslautern and Saarbrücken. From 1989 he served as a partner and the managing director of CompuNet Saarbrücken GmbH before joining CompuNet Hamburg GmbH (later Computacenter) in the same capacity in 1993. In April 2005 Mr König became the managing director of Bechtle’s IT system house in Hamburg. He was appointed Executive Vice President for the North-Eastern Region in March 2009.

Born in 1956. After obtaining a degree in systems engineering (electrical engineering) at the University of Kaiserslautern, Gerhard Marz joined Siemens as a sales engineer for microprocessors and semiconductors. Almost ten years later, in 1992, he left Siemens to head up the pharmaceutical and medical systems business of one of his previous customers. Mr Marz joined Bechtle’s IT system house Mannheim in 1996, serving as the managing director until 2003. In 2004 he assumed the role of Executive Vice President responsible for Bechtle AG’s business in the public sector.

Born in 1961. Alfred Neidhard followed his vocational training as an assistant tax consultant with a degree in business administration. After an initial position in an auditing office, he went on to become a managing partner of a medium-sized system house. Mr Neidhard joined the Bechtle Group in mid-2000, first as the managing director of Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH, then as the managing director of the IT system houses in Rottenburg, Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen. He also oversaw Bechtle’s entry into the Austrian market. Mr Neidhard has been the Executive Vice President for the Southern Region since January 2010.
Executive Vice President, responsible for IT Systems Integration & Managed Services Switzerland.
Born 1959. After completing his studies in mechanical engineering and training as a sales manager, Hanspeter Oeschger first worked for Brother Switzerland in the printing sector. He then spent three years building up the distribution of uninterruptible power solutions for the French Merlin Gerin Group in Grenoble. In 1989 he founded Steffen Informatik AG in Switzerland. In addition to managing the company, he advised medium-sized customers as an IT architect. In 1998 he was instrumental in the development of the first cloud solutions, which are now marketed under the product name “360° Cloud" . After the merger with the Bechtle Group in 2016, in addition to the management and the Regensdorf branch management, he pushed ahead with the merger of the Bechtle IT system houses in Switzerland into one organization. The enthusiastic “Schwyzerörgeler" (a Swiss version of the accordion) has been responsible for Bechtle IT System House & Managed Services in Switzerland since 2019. The motto “If you want great things, you have to do small things first" shapes his actions.

Born in 1964. Following a degree in economics, Stefan Sagowski began his career at Wollert-Elmendorff (later Deloitte & Touche) as an audit assistant and tax consultant. In 1998 he joined mb Software AG, a listed software company, as a commercial manager and authorised representative, guiding the company in its establishment of a capital market-aligned finance department. Mr Sagowski joined Bechtle AG in 1999 as the assistant to the Executive Board, helping organise Bechtle’s initial public offering and later taking over the Group’s financial leadership. Since March 2004 he has served as the Executive Vice President responsible for the Bechtle Group’s finances.
Executive Vice President, Responsible for Bechtle Managed Services.
Born in 1968. Mr Schmidt began his career at HP Germany after completing his BA in economics and business administration. After holding various positions, including that of IT manager at a Flextronics subsidiary, Mr Schmidt was employed as IT manager at Philips Böblingen, only to later assume responsibility for the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland at their Hamburg branch. As former Member of the Executive Board of AMARAS AG, Mr Schmidt came to Bechtle through the acquisition of this company in 2014. Here, he continued to serve as Member of the Executive Board, as well as Interim Managing Director at one of Bechtle's Swiss companies. On 1 October 2016, Mr Schmidt was appointed to and now serves as Executive Vice President for Bechtle Managed Services.
Executive Vice President, Responsible for the Central Region and Business Process Solutions, Bechtle Systemhaus Holding AG.
Born in 1959. Following his studies in computer science and business and engineering, Andreas Staudigel co-founded the SAP consultancy that would become Itelligence AG. He served the company for seven years as a partner and senior manager. During this time he was responsible for developing the company’s consulting business as a medium-sized system house. Mr Staudigel then joined the senior ranks of Bertelsmann Arvato, where he headed up the Business Process Solutions segment before becoming a partner at an M&A firm, where he oversaw the acquisition, restructuring and reselling of technology companies. He became the managing director of Bechtle’s IT system house Mannheim in 2010, then assumed the role of Executive Vice President responsible for the Central Region and Business Process Solutions (BPS) in January 2014.
