Bechtle among Germany’s 50 most valuable brands for the fourth year running.

International marketing consultancy Kantar has published its annual ranking of Germany’s most valuable brands. Telekom tops the list for the third consecutive year, with a brand value of around US$105 billion, followed by SAP and Siemens. Bechtle has once again secured a place in the top 50.

With a brand value of US$1.165 billion, Bechtle ranks 47th this year—right behind Hugo Boss (46th) and ahead of Kärcher (48th). According to Kantar, the combined value of Germany’s top 50 brands stands at US$506 billion, up 24 per cent on the previous year.
The brand value reflects the contribution a brand makes to a company’s financial performance. The ranking is based on the views of more than 11,000 respondents, covering over 2,000 brands across 168 categories.
The most valuable brands in the world have built powerful connections allowing them to create shareholder value faster, resist market downturns and recover sooner from recessions.
