Neckarsulm, 22 June 2017 – Bechtle AG has concluded a partner agreement with ServiceNow, growing its already extensive cloud portfolio. Bechtle is part of the global partner programme of the manufacturer specialising in cloud-based enterprise service management solutions. The partnership includes both sales and services, allowing Bechtle customers to benefit from a full range of services from consultation to deployment to technical support. The agreement applies to the entire Bechtle Group, strengthening the company’s position as a multi-cloud service provider.
Bechtle can now offer ServiceNow’s entire software portfolio. The initial focus of the largest independent IT systems integrator is on IT service management, which will be successively complemented by IT operations management and cloud management. Through its user-friendly cloud portal, Bechtle empowers its customers with a fast integration of flexible services from technology partners such as Microsoft and now also ServiceNow. Bechtle is planning to frequently offer new services via the digital cloud portal, allowing customers to simply add to their individual selection of services as required. “We very much look forward to this successful collaboration.
