Neckarsulm, 5 February 2026 – At its meeting held yesterday, the Supervisory Board of Bechtle AG resolved to extend Konstantin Ebert’s term on the Executive Board ahead of schedule by a further three years through to 31 December 2029. As announced in November, Konstantin Ebert will succeed long-serving CEO Dr Thomas Olemotz on 1 January 2027. Dr Olemotz’s term will end on 31 December 2026. He will continue to perform his duties in full as CEO until that date and, upon his retirement, will conclude his successful career at Bechtle AG, including his earlier tenure as Chief Financial Officer, as planned. The Supervisory Board of Bechtle AG also resolved to reduce the size of the Executive Board to three members as of 1 January 2027, returning to a structure that served the IT company well from 2009 until January 2024. Following this decision, the Supervisory Board and Antje Leminsky have mutually agreed not to extend her Executive Board appointment, which runs until 31 December 2026.
“We are more convinced than ever that, with his many years of international experience and extensive industry expertise, Konstantin Ebert will successfully lead Bechtle into the future as the successor to Dr Thomas Olemotz,” said Klaus Winkler, Chairman of Bechtle AG’s Supervisory Board, adding: “We would already like to thank Antje Leminsky for her valuable contributions to Bechtle.” By streamlining the Executive Board, Bechtle also aims to maintain efficiency and enable fast decision-making in a rapidly evolving market and technology landscape. As of 1 January 2027, the Executive Board of Bechtle AG will consist of Konstantin Ebert (CEO), Michael Guschlbauer (COO), and Christian Jehle (CFO).
