Apple Teacher is a free professional learning programme designed to support and celebrate educators using Apple products for teaching and learning. As an educator, you can build skills on the iPad and Mac that directly apply to activities with your learners and earn recognition for the new things you learn. It doesn't matter if you only have one device to hand or one for each student, Apple Teacher gives you the tools you need to connect with all your students on an iPad and Mac.
Become an Apple Teacher.
Register for the Apple Teacher programme with your Apple ID. You’ll receive an e-mail welcoming you to the Apple Learning Center including an introduction to an interactive environment specially developed for teachers packed full of teaching materials, product tips, lesson ideas and inspiration from other teachers.
Expand your horizons with Apple Teacher Starter Guides. The Apple Teacher Starter Guides provide the fundamentals of using iPad and Mac for teaching and learning. The interactive guides present various learning methods and include all the materials and instructions you need to create projects in iMovie, GarageBand, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
They also show how you can use some apps together to make classes and student activities even more creative and productive. You can find the Apple Teacher Starter Guides in the Apple Books Store.
Test your new knowledge in interactive quizzes in the Apple Teacher Learning Center. You’ll earn badges for each quiz you pass and when you’ve collected six for either iPad or Mac, you’ll become a recognised Apple Teacher. What does that mean? You’ll get an official Apple Teacher logo you can share with the world, a social media profile frame and a personalised certificate to print out and hang up.
