How to trade in.

Step 1 – Apply.

Your HPE partner or dealer will submit an application to HPE to register you for the trade-in programme. Once validated by HPE, you’ll have 90 days (from the initial date) to claim your cash back for your new HPE device. Your claim for cashback needs to be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.

Step 2 – Request trade in.

Once validated, you’ll receive an e-mail with your login details. Click on the link to view and submit approved trade-in requests. This must be completed within 30 days of receiving your proof of purchase for the new product. The following information is required to complete a request.

 

  • Product serial number
  • Invoice number
    (you also need to upload a copy of the invoice)
  • Weight and dimensions of the product you want to trade in
  • Pick-up address with preferred pick-up date and time
  • Bank details for cashback

 

Once you’ve entered all of the required information you can accept the T&Cs and submit your request.
