Yes. Through its partnership with Bechtle, TecArt CRM can be procured without a formal tender process by OCRE‑eligible organisations, including universities and research institutions.

How much does TecArt CRM cost?

TecArt CRM is available from €19 per user per month with annual billing. There are three packages to choose from: Basic from €19, Pro from €49 and Enterprise from €79, each calculated per user per month. The minimum number of users is five.

Which features are included in each package?

Basic covers contact management, email, calendar and tasks. Pro adds lead management, ticketing, project management and quotation management. Enterprise further includes order, contract and invoicing management, including e‑invoicing and DATEV integration.

Can TecArt CRM be deployed in the cloud or on‑premises?

Both options are available. TecArt CRM can be operated as a public cloud, private cloud or on‑premises solution, developed and hosted in Germany without reliance on US cloud providers.

Is TecArt CRM ISO 27001‑certified and GDPR‑compliant?

Yes. TecArt is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. All data is hosted exclusively in German data centres. Privacy by Default, audit‑proof logging and a granular role and permission model form an integral part of the platform.

Which interfaces and integrations does TecArt CRM offer?

All packages include a REST API, email integration (IMAP/SMTP), as well as data import and export. CTI integration for telephony systems is available, alongside a DATEV connector in the Enterprise package.

Can TecArt CRM be tested free of charge?

Yes. All packages can be tested free of charge for 30 days with no obligation, no credit card required and no automatic contract renewal.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Following setup, TecArt supports the rollout through a structured onboarding process, ranging from kick‑off and individual configuration through to go‑live.
