COLOR WEAKNESS MODE.

Worldwide, 8% of men and 0.5% of women are colour blind. The BenQ Colour Weakness mode helps people who are colour blind to distinguish between colours. It was developed to offer users a better viewing experience and to ensure that better colour perception becomes an integral part of their daily life.

Most colour-blind people are able to see things just as clearly as everyone else—they simply cannot distinguish red, green or blue.

The most common variant is red/green colour blindness, which causes the person to mix up any colours that include red or green within the overall colour makeup.

Colour Weakness mode allows users to balance the amount of red or green displayed on the monitor with magenta and cyan filters. It therefore enables a lasting, optimised viewing experience for all users, making it significantly easier to perceive individual colour nuances once the red and green have been balanced.
