Never had any practical IT experience? Not a problem. The Bechtle Study Workshop gives you the opportunity to dip your toe into eight modules. Always wanted to tinker with PCs? Want to find out more about networks, security, virtualisation and clouds? Looking to get a more in-depth look at the world of IT? Then seize the opportunity to learn from our experts and leverage your new-found knowledge in your first customer meetings—you won’t regret it!

Alongside day-to-day business, you’re going to have to sit exams, but don’t panic! We’ve got your back with a whole host of training opportunities. What to brush up on accounting or your presentation skills? Whatever you need, we have a seminar for you and you’ll even be able to take part in a simulation before your final oral exam. What could go wrong?
Azubi Camp – Ready, set, pro!
An event just for you and your fellow apprentices and dual students. Sound good? It is! Taking the first step on the career ladder is an exciting time, which is why, in your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in our three-day Azubi Camp where you’ll be able to network with like-minded people and join interesting training seminars on, among other things, defining time and self-management to suit you. You’ll also get a whole heap of tips kick-starting your career. But that’s not even the best of it. For the three days, you’ll be staying in a business hotel in the Heilbronn region—all expenses paid. The perfect opening chapter to your success story.

Submit your application online or through our Recruiting Tool. Applications sent via e-mail or through the post will not be considered.
Good news! In addition to your current CV, your two most recent school reports and any certificates from other training courses, you’ll just need to answer five questions about yourself instead of sending in a cover letter. This really speeds up the application process, but if you do want to send us a letter, you are more than welcome to upload one.
Each of our job ads includes the name of the person to send your application to.
While your marks will obviously play a role, we also take into account your civic engagement, internships, time spent abroad and similar experiences. If your application looks promising as a whole, your marks won’t make or break your chances.
Your application will be processed as quickly as possible, but taking a proper look at your application can take up to two weeks.
Depending on the apprenticeship year, you can expect to earn between €1,100 and €1,350 a month.
Depending on the year of dual study, you can expect to earn between €1,350 and €1,800 a month.
