Our IT departments.

IT Consultant.

You use your expertise to advise, plan and realise challenging IT infrastructure projects. As a project manager, you will support our customers throughout the entire course of the project. You develop customised solution concepts, even for challenging requirements, that meet the needs of our customers. By systematically driving forward the technical implementation, you will ensure that these complex concepts can be seamlessly integrated into the customer's environment.

Business Architect

IT Business Architect.

You will advise our customers on the development of a long-term IT strategy and use your expertise to support our specialist in the decision-making process. You act as a technical innovation and decision-making aid and successfully guide our customers through the digital transformation of their company. In this context, you derive decision templates from IT business and enterprise architectures and are responsible for visualising them for presentations at management level. To identify goals, challenges and requirements, you will lead workshops with our customers' specialist departments and management levels. You will then work with a cross-functional team to develop the technical requirements for the customer infrastructure and thus create the basis on which we develop customised technical concepts for our customers.

IT Security Specialist.

In the area of IT security, you identify vulnerabilities in existing structures of our customers and advise them on security issues. You will develop innovative and effective solutions to provide comprehensive protection for IT systems for medium-sized businesses, corporate groups and public clients. In doing so, you are always close to the market, recognise trends and new risks, and share them in the Bechtle Security Community consisting of 450 experts. With your expertise, you also support the research and evaluation of new security technologies, processes and methods.

IT Systems Engineer.

Whenever it comes to server infrastructure, networks or the implementation of complex IT solutions, our customers can rely on you to ensure the smooth operation of their IT. To do this, you will analyse possible sources of faults, rectify errors in our customers' IT environment and design possible preventative measures. You will work closely with our customers and your colleagues in Sales to make suggestions for improvements to further strengthen our customers' IT infrastructure. While you independently implement security solutions in our customers' IT environment, you can always rely on an intensive exchange of experience with your colleagues. You will also manage common hypervisor platforms to ensure secure IT operations for our customers.

IT Administrator

IT Administrator.

As an IT expert, you will look after customer networks and act as the first point of contact for complex IT problems in 3rd level support. You will receive enquiries and fault reports via our communication channels (telephone, email and ticket system). You record incidents, changes and IT problems and work together with our customers' specialist departments to resolve errors. In this context, you will analyse complex faults in the customer infrastructure, identify possible sources and rectify the causes. You will also support our customers in user support - here you will assist our customers' experienced employees in maintaining our established IT solutions.

Service technician.

Technical enquiries? Specialist problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent contact person. You install and configure our range of hardware and software and wire up IT workstations at our customers' premises - this includes, for example, setting up PCs, notebooks and individual components.
From minor faults to hardware repairs - you will rectify faults, set up devices again after a malfunction and replace damaged hardware parts. In this context, you will also be involved in our IT projects by carrying out rollouts, migrations and hands & eyes support. You will carefully document your work steps so that your colleagues can refer to your work in the future.

Service Delivery

Service Delivery Manager.

You take responsibility when it comes to the performance and service delivery in accordance with customer agreements. In doing so, you always keep an eye on our economic goals as well as changing customer requirements or operational possibilities. You see yourself as a central point of contact for all stakeholders and at the same time as a problem solver or solution provider. You evaluate internal and external reports regarding service level agreements, incidents, response times, etc. and manage these within your team. Your activities include regular coordination meetings with colleagues from other departments and customers in which you ensure the ongoing quality of our services.

Business Analyst

Business Analyst.

You analyse our customers' business processes and use robotic process automation (RPA) to identify potential for digitalisation and automation. Based on these findings, you will work with your colleagues in our central specialist departments to jointly define customer requirements and corresponding target processes. In the subsequent implementation phase, you will plan and coordinate projects with the aim of integrating new automation solutions into our customers' systems. Of course, the need for your expertise does not automatically stop there. Even after successful projects, you will be on hand to provide our customers with advice and support to discuss future optimisation potential. As part of your role, you will work closely with competent colleagues in a growing Bechtle RPA community across different areas.

IT Developer.

Together with your colleagues, you will realise exciting software projects. To do this, you will design customised web applications in varied customer projects that meet a wide range of requirements. Of course, you will always pay attention to the quality of your work in terms of functionality and code quality. You will also support the operation of our software solutions, e.g. by fixing bugs or optimising and monitoring processes. With your expertise, you will regularly evaluate new technologies and procedures in order to drive the continuous improvement of our development processes.
