We want to enable career changers and people from outside the field to enter the IT sector of the future. With our "Future in IT" (FIT) programme for lateral entrants, we qualify people precisely for their new tasks at Bechtle. Age, gender or background are of secondary importance. The most important thing: the right attitude and the will to make a difference.

You can start your career with us as a (Junior) Account Manager, IT-colleague or IT Project Manager.

The qualification is provided by the renowned Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG. The Bechtle Academy provides the finishing touches with specific training courses.

After the qualification your employment will lead to a permanent contract.

Entry into the programme is possible at more than 30 Bechtle companies and thus nationwide.

On your way into IT, you will be accompanied by experienced mentors and can turn to your personal buddy for everyday challenges.

WHO IS THE UNIVERSITY COOPERATION PARTNER?

The Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG is a private, state-recognised university in Frankfurt am Main. It is one of the largest private universities in Hesse and is particularly renowned for its practical relevance.

When does the qualification start?

The next start dates are July 1, 2023 and November 1, 2023.

How long does the qualification take?

(Junior) Account Manager: ca. 3-4 months
IT Colleagues: 5-6 months
IT Project Manager: 5 months

How does the qualification work logistically?

Every week, the participants alternate between being at the university, on-the-job training at the company and seminars at our Bechtle Academy. The university lectures and seminars are held partly in person and partly virtually.

What qualification will I have after the qualification?

For the qualification as an IT colleague you will receive an university certificate (no ECTS points).
