Target is for an engineer to be on site to repair / swap your Epson within 2 days of call being received. CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life.
For Germany: CoverPlus Maintenance is a service to maintain your Epson products' functionality.
