Our goal was to achieve much more than simply introducing new digital tools. We wanted to strengthen a culture of cooperation and collaboration in which Microsoft 365 acts not only as a technical update, but also as a catalyst for openness, team spirit and efficient processes. We were aware that technological progress only unfolds its value when all employees – whether they have daily access to a PC or not – are involved in this process.

Solution.

With Bechtle at our side, we developed a detailed roadmap that focuses on technology, organisation and people. The technical foundation – from cloud readiness to modern device management – was carefully laid. But the heart of the project was change management: workshops, training courses and a great deal of personal interaction helped to allay concerns and spark curiosity. We are particularly proud of our ‘Champions Community’: around 40 colleagues from various departments were trained as multipliers. They passed on their knowledge, provided feedback and became bridge builders between technology and everyday life. Supported by Bechtle, they accompanied their teams through the change and ensured that questions and challenges could be addressed openly.
