- Extension of manufacturer's standard warranty from 12 to 24 months
- Repairs only with Apple original parts
- Resolution of hardware issues (incl. labour, return, replacement parts)
- Customer bring-in - Free returns within Germany
- Recovery (repair) excl. return after 10 working days (depending on availability of parts)
- For defects that the vendor would also accept for claims
- Other issues can be resolved based on labour and replacement parts
