Participants will receive a practical introduction to using Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The aim is to understand the possibilities of AI-supported assistance in everyday work and to use it effectively. The training teaches how Copilot generates content and supports research and communication, taking into account data protection, licensing, and best practices. After the training, participants will be able to use Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat confidently and purposefully in M365, formulate and apply effective prompts, identify typical use cases in their own work context, and realistically assess the limitations and potential of AI.
