In the following, we would like to inform you about data processing in the context of participation in the Microsoft World NRW competition.
Terms and Conditions for the Veritas "Apple Air Pods Pro" Competition.
The grand prize of this competition is a pair of Apple Air Pods Pro, sponsored by Veritas. The competition will run until 11:59pm on October 17, 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered. All persons 18 years of age and older may participate, with the exception of employees and direct relatives of Bechtle employees.
To enter the competition, you must enter a special entry code during the promotion period when registering. To participate, visit the official competition page on our website and follow the registration instructions.
Enter the provided entry code correctly. Your entry is not complete until you have provided all the required information and submitted the entry code.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants. The winner will be notified by email at the end of the contest period. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to accept the prize.
The prize will be mailed to the address provided by the winner.

By participating, you agree that your personal data may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

By participating in the Veritas competition, you agree to these conditions of participation. Veritas reserves the right to change or terminate the competition or the conditions at any time without prior notice.

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data, so we collect the following personal data in this context:

The purpose of the processing of the collected data is the implementation of the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) EU-DS-GVO).

Within our company, we ensure that only those employees receive your participation data who need them to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.
We are also supported by service providers in the implementation of the competition. The necessary data protection contracts have been concluded with all service providers.
