As a DACH-wide service provider, we offer customer-specific solutions for the holistic operation of IT infrastructures that are certified to international standards. This includes IT workplaces and mobile devices, data centre services, managed cloud services, network and security, production-related IT, software support and all kinds of IT services. In our 24×7 control room, we can maintain a detailed overview of our customers’ hardware, operating systems and applications.

All our services are available as managed or professional services provisioned by an experienced, highly-trained permanent workforce leveraging best practice processes established from working with 100+ SME and international enterprise customers to deliver outstanding user and customer satisfaction.

Bechtle Managed Services GmbH also has 900 installation stations at its disposal to configure and preload end devices, servers, network equipment and server racks for large-scale rollouts that integrate with Bechtle’s streamlined logistics chain. Thanks to flexible modules, our services can be tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
