After completing his training as a retail salesman, Timo Potocnik moved into the IT industry and found an exciting job at Siller (Palm & More division) as head of Customer Care. Before joining Bechtle, he worked for a local IT system house in the internal sales department, where he was responsible for customer concerns. Timo is passionate about helping customers with digital transformation, creating new incentives for new technologies, and advancing cloud computing.
