Sophos Email Monitoring System

Sophos Email Monitoring System (EMS) complements existing email security solutions in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace without altering mail flow. More than 20 AI, machine learning and natural language processing models analyse emails for phishing, Business Email Compromise (BEC), malware, suspicious URLs, QR codes, and sender and domain anomalies. The results are available in Sophos Central and provide additional email telemetry for Sophos MDR and XDR. For Microsoft 365, EMS also supports the manual recall of suspicious messages.
