Objective
You'll understand how a business process is transformed into a digital application using Appian--from requirements to the finished app. You'll learn to formulate requirements from the user's perspective and communicate them effectively to development teams, model processes using BPMN, and distinguish between automation opportunities and necessary user actions. You understand the perspectives of business analysts, developers, and project leads on Appian projects, are familiar with proven best practices, and can independently expand your knowledge through the Appian Community. This enables you to contribute your expertise and help shape digital transformation projects using Appian--regardless of whether you're a developer yourself.
