You will familiarise yourself with the telephony functions in Teams, both from the user's and the administrator's perspective. By understanding the individual functions such as call hold and park, internal and external call forwarding, call groups and call delegation, it is easier to carry out administration in a targeted manner. The workshop also focuses on the overview and setup of a switchboard and a call waiting loop. After the course, you will be able to decide whether Teams is an alternative to your existing telephony solution, and you will also be able to manage the introduction of Teams telephony in your organisation.
