Basic understanding of networks and Active Directory, experience of corporate environment administrator. Experience with Exchange, Teams and SharePoint would be advantageous.
Objective
After completing the course, participants will be able to plan, manage and monitor Microsoft 365. The first step is to check the pre-requisites. Once a client has been created, users are synchronised from a local Active Directory and a connection set up. You will learn the complex management of different accounts, groups and apps and how they interact in Entra ID. The course also includes an overview of Microsoft SharePoint online, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender. An introduction to Microsoft Intune rounds off the course.
