In this training course, you will gain basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), which provides the background for data protection in connection with the AI Act. A particular focus is on how to clearly define responsibilities within the company and how to take the first steps to fulfil the regulatory requirements. We also shed light on the importance of an AI management system and show how you can develop a structured approach to adequately implement the requirements of the AI Act. In addition, we look at the roles of providers and operators, clarify the practical requirements that will apply from 2 February 2025 and take a look at key aspects of cybersecurity in order to identify and minimise risks in the practical use of AI at an early stage.
