Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
Objective
The aim of this training course is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to create and configure their own agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrate them into Microsoft 365. The focus is on both technical implementation and strategic integration into business processes. After the training, participants will be able to independently develop agents with Copilot Studio, use connectors, themes, and automations in a meaningful way, integrate agents in a data protection-compliant and targeted manner, and identify and implement typical use cases in the company.
