Objective
You will gain a thorough understanding of the ITIL (R) framework and be able to define and apply the key concepts of digital product and service management. You will understand how value is created through effective management of products and services, and you will be able to explain the four dimensions of service management and their holistic approach. You can apply the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle with its eight activities, the ITIL Value System (VS) with its five components, the seven guiding principles of ITIL (R) in practice, and value stream mapping and management. You are familiar with the use of AI in service management and the ITIL (R) AI Capability Model, as well as the collaboration between ITIL (R) and DevOps and PRINCE2 (R).
