Founded in 2019 in the Solingen system house, we are one of the first holistic consulting units within Bechtle AG. We are a team of project managers, innovation managers, change managers and IT business architects with the aim of accompanying our customers holistically on their way to their specific digital future.

The Transformation Services Competence Centre complements the proven Bechtle service portfolio in a special way. As a company within a company, we live and support the OneBechtle principle through our unique way of working. We have united 21 experienced colleagues in one team, bringing together expertise that is normally scattered across different areas. This creates valuable synergies from which you benefit directly. We are there for you throughout Germany, with a wide range of expertise and close proximity to you. This combination enables us to respond flexibly to your needs and utilise all of our expertise. Advisory & Coaching.
As part of the Transformation Services Competence Centre, the Advisory and Coaching division provides strategic advice to Bechtle customers. The aim is to support companies on the path to their digital future. The basis for this is provided by our consultants, who use various methods, tools and their (sometimes individually specialised) skills to develop a tailored digital strategy together with members of the management team. Last but not least, a certain amount of coaching is also required to ensure that new processes and structures are profitably established in the company via the managers. Using methods such as the DECIDER format, Lego® Serious Play®, Design Thinking / Design Sprint, we organise creative processes or set up an entire innovation management system. We look at your business model canvas or optimise your existing business model and create new approaches. Business processes must be continuously reviewed (KAIZEN) - we create the basis as well as sustainable process management. We support management and team development, CIO coaching and personal growth.

We empower people to use technology effectively. Our consulting services for the development of a holistic workplace strategy focus on the needs of employees and business requirements. We support your company in the use of Generative AI and advise on use cases, prompting and strategic opportunities for AI. To ensure a high adoption rate and efficient utilisation, we develop introduction strategies for Microsoft Copilot and implement them together with you. We also support technology launches such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the introduction of new business processes and the associated technological solutions such as ERP or CRM systems.

We make corporate culture a success factor. The introduction of our employee experience development programme systematically improves the employee experience. In change management, we offer advice on projects ranging from new processes to organisational development. Thanks to our expertise in the area of New Work, we enable teams to work in modern structures and roles using agile methods. We support the development of a community management programme and train community managers. With the introduction of OKR, we implement a goal-setting management system and train your employees. Finally, we develop a skills development framework to make your employees fit for the future and build your company in a resilient way.

We support the entire transition of your services from current to future operations. Using proven methods such as Kanban, Scrum and SAFe® as well as targeted coaching, we promote agile working in your company. With IREB standards in requirements management, we avoid costly rework. Our Project Management Office optimises your project structures, while our Change Management Office guides all those involved through the change and implements the appropriate measures.
